Order Cancellation Policy

This Order Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which customers of Indogenmed may request cancellations for their placed orders. Please read this policy carefully before placing or canceling an order.

1. Cancellation by Customer

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order or before shipment processing begins, whichever is earlier. Customers must contact our support team to cancel an order as soon as possible.

2. Cancellation by Indogenmed

Indogenmed reserves the right to cancel an order in cases such as stock unavailability, invalid or unclear prescription, failed payment verification, address issues, regulatory restrictions, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, we will inform you and guide you on the next steps.

3. Refunds for Cancellations

If your order is successfully cancelled, refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after cancellation confirmation. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. If you paid via bank transfer, we may request additional details to process the refund.

4. Partial Order Cancellation

Partial cancellations may be permitted for orders with multiple items only if the specific item(s) requested for cancellation have not entered processing and have not been dispatched.

5. Order Modification

If you want to modify your order (for example, change address, quantity, or remove an item), contact support immediately. Modifications are possible only before the order enters dispatch processing and cannot be guaranteed.

6. Time Frame for Cancellation Requests

There is no guaranteed time window for cancellations. Orders can be processed quickly, so cancellation requests are accepted only before processing begins.

7. Cancellation Charges

Cancellation fees may apply for orders that have entered the processing stage. Customers will be notified of any applicable charges during the cancellation process.

8. Shipping Costs Refund

If the order is cancelled before dispatch, any shipping fee charged as part of the order will be refunded. If the order has already been dispatched, shipping charges are non-refundable, and cancellation is not possible.

9. Customer Confirmation for Cancellation

After your cancellation request is reviewed, you will receive an email confirming whether the order was cancelled and, if applicable, refund details and timelines.
