You pick pack size and quantity, and the cart shows the medicine subtotal, per-unit price and shipping for your destination. If your country carries a known personal-import restriction, the warning appears here — while you can still change your mind for free.

Payment security
Card details are entered on the payment gateway's own hosted page, not on ours. We never see, transmit or store a full card number, and there is no card data in our database to lose. Transactions run over TLS with 3-D Secure where your bank supports it, and every payment produces an itemised receipt showing the medicine subtotal, shipping and any coupon applied. If a charge does not match your receipt, your card's chargeback route stays fully open — we would rather lose a disputed transaction than argue about one.
-
Hosted card capture
Details go straight to the gateway; nothing card-related is stored on our side.
-
3-D Secure
Bank-side verification applied wherever your issuer supports it.
-
Itemised receipt
Medicine, shipping and coupon shown separately on every invoice.
What we don’t do
We do not ask for card details over email, WhatsApp or phone; we do not take crypto-only payments; and we do not add a consultation fee, handling charge or currency surcharge after you have seen your total.
Packaging & discretion
Every parcel ships in a plain outer wrapper. There is no product name, no molecule, no pharmacy branding and no clinical wording on the outside — only the sender name required by the carrier, the address and the customs declaration the law obliges us to attach. Inside, the medicine stays in the manufacturer's sealed carton with its batch, expiry and leaflet intact, because a sealed carton is what lets you verify what you received. Cold-chain items travel in validated insulated packaging with a temperature strip you can read on arrival.
-
Plain outer packaging
No product, molecule or pharmacy wording visible on the outside.
-
Sealed inner carton
Manufacturer's carton, batch, expiry and leaflet left untouched.
-
Honest customs form
Contents declared accurately — we will not mislabel a parcel as a gift.
What we don’t do
We do not describe medicine as a supplement, sample or gift on a customs form. That protects you at the border far more than it costs you, and any pharmacy offering to do it is telling you how it treats risk.
Your data
We collect what dispensing and shipping require: your name, delivery address, contact details, order history and the prescription you upload. Prescriptions are stored encrypted, visible only to the pharmacists and support staff who need them, and retained for the period our drug licence requires — then deleted. We do not sell, rent or trade personal or health data, we do not build advertising profiles from what you buy, and we do not put third-party advertising trackers on pages where health information appears. You can ask for a copy of your data or for deletion of what we are not legally required to keep.
-
Collected for a reason
Dispensing, shipping, invoicing and legally required records — nothing speculative.
-
Encrypted prescriptions
Restricted to pharmacy and support staff who need them to do the job.
-
Export or delete
Ask and we send your data, or delete what the licence does not oblige us to keep.
What we don’t do
We do not sell or share your health data with advertisers, data brokers or affiliates, and we do not run behavioural ad trackers on prescription pages.
Honest pricing
The cart shows the medicine subtotal, the shipping cost for your destination and the effect of any coupon before you reach the payment step. Nothing is added afterwards. Prices are quoted per pack and per unit so you can compare a 30-tablet pack with a 90-tablet pack without arithmetic, and where a larger pack is cheaper per dose we say so even when it lowers our margin. Where a destination carries a known customs risk, that warning appears before payment, not in a confirmation email.
-
Total before payment
Medicine, shipping and coupon visible at the cart, not revealed at checkout.
-
Per-unit pricing
Price per tablet shown alongside pack price for honest comparison.
-
Risk warnings up front
Destination guidance published before you pay, not after.
What we don’t do
We do not use countdown timers, fake stock scarcity, invented "was" prices, or a cheaper headline price that grows at the payment step.
Your order, step by step
Prescription-only items require a legible prescription naming you, the molecule, the strength and the prescriber. Upload happens over an encrypted connection, and the file is stored encrypted. You can order without it in the cart, but nothing ships until it is reviewed.
Card details are entered on the gateway's hosted page with 3-D Secure where your bank supports it. We receive an authorisation result and a masked card reference — never the number. The itemised receipt is emailed immediately.
A registered pharmacist checks the prescription against the order and raises any query with you before picking. If the order cannot be verified, it is declined and refunded in full — we do not ship an order we cannot stand behind.
Picked in the manufacturer's sealed carton, batch and expiry written to your order record, packed in plain outer packaging with the invoice and an accurate customs declaration. Tracking is issued the day it is handed to the carrier.
You get a tracking number and a realistic window rather than an optimistic one. If a parcel is delayed beyond the window, lost, damaged or seized at customs, tell us: we reship or refund in full at your choice, and we do not require you to fight the carrier yourself.

Common questions
No. Card details are entered on the payment gateway's hosted page, and we receive only an authorisation result and a masked reference such as the last four digits. There is no full card number in our systems, which is why we can never email you to "confirm" one — if a message claiming to be us asks for card details, it is not us.
A plain outer wrapper with the carrier's label, the sender name, your address and the customs declaration. No product name, molecule, dosage or pharmacy branding on the outside. Inside, the medicine stays in the manufacturer's sealed carton with the leaflet, batch number and expiry intact so you can check what you received against your invoice.
Yes, accurately. We declare pharmaceutical contents because that is the law in both directions, and because a false declaration turns a routine inspection into a seizure with your name on it. Where your destination is known to be strict, we publish that before payment. If a parcel is seized despite an honest declaration, we reship or refund in full.
The pharmacists and support staff who need it to verify and dispense your order, and no one else. It is stored encrypted, retained for the period our drug licence requires, and then deleted. It is never used for marketing, never shared with advertisers or brokers, and never attached to a profile of what you buy.
Do not click, and do not pay. Forward it to care@indogenmed.org and we will confirm within one working day whether it came from us. Two reliable tells: we never ask for card details by email or messaging app, and we never ask you to pay a new invoice for an order you have already paid for.
Something looks wrong?
If a message, invoice or payment page claiming to be us looks off, do not pay it. Forward it to care@indogenmed.org and we will confirm within one working day.
Report something suspiciousThe honest limit. We can secure the payment, keep the parcel discreet, hold your data tightly and price transparently. We cannot guarantee that a customs officer will wave your parcel through, and we will not tell you otherwise to close a sale. What we can promise is that if a parcel is seized, we reship or refund in full.
