Fulvest 250mg Injection は、ホルモン受容体陽性、HER2陰性の進行性または転移性乳がんの治療に使用される薬剤です。有効成分は Fulvestrant で、選択性エストロゲン受容体分解剤（SERD）です。Fulvestrant はエストロゲンの作用をブロックし、乳がん細胞内のエストロゲン受容体の分解を促進します。これにより、エストロゲン依存性腫瘍の成長を遅らせたり止めたりします。 Fulvest 250mg Injection は医療従事者によって投与されます。通常の投与量は 500mg（250mg の注射を 2 本、それぞれの臀部に投与）を 0 日、14 日、28 日に投与し、その後は 28 日ごとに 1 回投与します。副作用としては、ホットフラッシュ、吐き気、疲労、注射部位の反応、痛みなどが現れることがあります。医師と副作用についてご相談ください。 Fulvest 250mg Injection は、室温で保存し、光や湿気から遠ざけてください。
