Mosi is an antibiotic ophthalmic solution containing Moxifloxacin. It is used to treat bacterial conjunctivitis (pink eye) caused by susceptible strains of bacteria. Moxifloxacin works by inhibiting bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV, which are necessary for bacterial replication and survival.
