2. Prescription Medicines
2.1. Certain medicines require a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner.
2.2. By uploading a prescription, you confirm that it is genuine and issued by a qualified doctor. Our pharmacists verify prescriptions before dispatching medicines.
2.3. Orders may be refused if prescriptions are invalid or incomplete. Generic or substitute medicines will be dispensed only where permitted by law and prescribing doctor.
3. Orders and Sale of Products
3.1. Listings on the Website are invitations to offer. Your order constitutes an offer which may be accepted or declined by Indogenmed.
3.2. An order is accepted only once availability and prescriptions are verified, and dispatch is confirmed.
3.3. Title to medicines passes upon dispatch, provided full payment is received.
3.4. We may cancel or restrict orders at our discretion, including bulk orders or suspected misuse.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1. Prices shown include all applicable statutory taxes.

4.3. Indogenmed is not responsible for payment failures caused by your bank or payment provider.

5.1. Medicines are shipped through trusted courier partners.
5.2. Estimated timelines are provided at checkout but may vary by location or courier availability.
5.3. Risk of loss or damage during transit lies with the courier, though Indogenmed will assist in resolving such issues.
6. Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations
Refunds, returns, and cancellations are governed by Indogenmed’s Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
7. User Obligations
