2. Prescription Medicines

2.1 Certain medicines may be supplied only against a valid prescription issued by a registered medical practitioner, as required under applicable law and internal compliance standards.

2.2 By uploading a prescription, you confirm it is genuine, legible, and belongs to the intended patient. Our pharmacists may verify prescriptions before processing and dispatch.

2.3 We may place orders on hold, refuse, or cancel orders if the prescription is invalid, incomplete, expired, or does not meet applicable requirements.

2.4 Where substitutions are permitted, any brand or generic substitution will be made only when legally allowed and clinically appropriate, and in line with prescription requirements and internal pharmacist checks.

3. Orders & Sale of Products

3.1 Product listings on the Website are an invitation to offer. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase, which Indogenmed may accept or decline.

3.2 An order is considered accepted once payment is confirmed (where applicable), required verification is completed, and the order is marked as confirmed/processed for dispatch.

3.3 Indogenmed may cancel or restrict orders at its discretion for reasons including stock unavailability, verification failure, pricing errors, suspected misuse, fraud prevention, or bulk/resale intent.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Prices displayed on the Website are inclusive of applicable statutory taxes unless stated otherwise.
