Terms of Use
The agreement between you and Indogenmed when you use this site or place an order. It sets out who may buy, what a prescription must show, what we will refuse, and where responsibility sits on a cross-border purchase.
- You must be 18 or over and buying for yourself or someone in your care.
- Prescription-only medicine is dispensed only against a valid prescription, reviewed by a pharmacist.
- You are the importer of record — checking your own country's rules is your responsibility, and we publish what we know.
- We may decline any order, and we will refund rather than ship something we cannot stand behind.

Indogenmed is a licensed Indian pharmacy operating from Jaipur, Rajasthan under drug licences in forms 20B and 21B, dispensing under the supervision of a registered pharmacist. This site lists medicines we are licensed to supply and provides educational information about them.
This site is not a clinic. Nothing on it is a diagnosis, a prescription, or advice to start, stop or change a medicine. We do not sell consultations, and we will not tell you which medicine to take — those decisions belong to your prescriber.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You must be ordering for yourself or for a person in your care whose prescription you are entitled to act on.
You must give accurate information. A false name, a borrowed prescription or an address that does not exist wastes a pharmacist's time and, more importantly, breaks the chain that lets a medicine be traced back to a patient if something goes wrong.
For any prescription-only medicine we require a legible prescription showing the patient's name, the molecule and strength, the quantity or duration, the date, and the prescriber's name and registration. A clear photograph is acceptable; a screenshot of a chat message is not.
A registered pharmacist reviews every prescription against the order before dispensing and may contact you, or your prescriber, with a query. Where a prescription cannot be verified the order is declined and refunded in full.
We do not supply controlled substances, and we do not supply prescription-only medicine without a prescription, whatever the reason offered. This is not negotiable and no amount of urgency changes it.
Where a parcel leaves India you are the importer of record. Most countries allow an individual to import a limited personal supply of a prescribed medicine; some restrict it; a few prohibit it. The obligation to know your own country's rule is yours.
We help in the ways we can: publishing the destination guidance we hold before payment, declining orders to destinations where we know the molecule is restricted, declaring parcels accurately, and reshipping or refunding in full if a parcel is seized. What we will not do is understate the risk to close a sale, or mislabel a parcel to get it through.
Prices are shown in your selected currency and include the medicine subtotal, with shipping shown before the payment step. Currency conversion is applied by your card issuer at its own rate.
Stock and price can change between listing and order. Where a genuine pricing or listing error occurs we will contact you before dispatch with the corrected position and cancel and refund in full if you do not want to proceed. We will not quietly substitute a different brand or strength.
We may decline or cancel any order — for an unverifiable prescription, a restricted destination, a suspected resale quantity, a payment we cannot authenticate, or a clinical concern a pharmacist raises. Declined orders are refunded in full.
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, including reshipment or refund of a lost, damaged or seized parcel. We are not liable for the acts of a customs authority, nor for a clinical outcome that follows from a prescriber's decision — but nothing here limits liability that Indian law does not allow us to limit.
Changes to this document. When we change a policy we raise the version number, update the date at the top, and keep the previous version available on request. Material changes affecting an order already placed do not apply retroactively to that order — the version in force on the day you paid is the version that governs it.
