Refund & Returns Policy

Medicine cannot be resold once it has left a licensed pharmacy, so this policy is built on reshipment and refund rather than physical returns. Lost, damaged, wrong, expired or seized — those are ours to fix. This policy is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Mis à jour 16 Oct 2026 Version 3.4
In plain words
  • Lost, damaged, wrong, expired or seized parcels: reshipped or refunded in full, your choice.
  • Dispensed medicine cannot be returned to stock for resale — so we refund rather than ask you to post it back.
  • Claims open for 30 days after delivery, or after the estimated delivery window if that is later.
  • Refunds reach the original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval.

A summary for convenience. The numbered sections below are the operative terms.

A licensed pharmacy cannot return dispensed medicine to saleable stock. Once a carton has left our custody we can no longer vouch for how it was stored — temperature, humidity, tampering — and putting it back on a shelf would transfer that unknown to the next patient.

So this policy is built on refund and reshipment instead of physical returns. In almost every case we resolve a problem from a photograph and your batch number, and you do not have to post anything back.

Changes to this document. When we change a policy we raise the version number, update the date at the top, and keep the previous version available on request. Material changes affecting an order already placed do not apply retroactively to that order — the version in force on the day you paid is the version that governs it.
