Bevazza 100mg 注射は、特定の種類の癌治療に使用される標的療法です。その有効成分であるベバシズマブは、再組合ヒト化単克隆抗体で、血管内皮生長因子（VEGF）を阻害します。VEGFをブロックすることで、Bevazzaは腫瘍が新たな血管を形成して成長や拡散するのを防ぎます。この作用機序、抗血管新生作用により、腫瘍の進行を遅らせたり止めたりすることができます。
Bevazzaは、転移性大腸癌、進行した非小細胞肺癌（非扁平上皮細胞型）、再発性多形膜芽球腫、転移性腎細胞癌の治療に適応されています。これらは化学療法と併用されることが多いです。Bevazzaの投与量や使用法は、がんの種類、進行度、個々の患者要因に基づいて、資格のある医療専門家が決定すべきです。投与は静脈内投与です。
