Thyrogen Kit 0.9mg Injection は、分化した甲状腺癌の管理に使用される診断用薬剤です。再組換えヒト甲状腺刺激ホルモン（thyrotropin alfa）を含み、甲状腺を刺激します。この刺激により、甲状腺癌細胞が放射性ヨウ素を取り込みやすくなり、放射性ヨウ素画像診断や放射性ヨウ素療法でより明瞭に可視化され、治療に対する感受性も向上します。Thyrogen は筋肉内注射として投与されます。通常、24時間おきに2回の投与が行われ、2回目の投与から24時間後に放射性ヨウ素の画像診断または療法が実施されます。一般的な副作用には、吐き気、頭痛、疲労、めまい、およびインフルエンザ様症状が含まれることがあります。Thyrogen の使用は、必ず資格のある医療専門家の監督下で行う必要があります。キットは常温で保存し、光から保護してください。また、製品に付属する具体的な保存指示に従ってください。
