Durart-R 450 Tablet is a combination antiretroviral medicine used to manage HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) infection. It helps reduce viral load and supports immune function. Some individuals may experience side effects such as nausea, diarrhoea, headache, dizziness, altered taste, or elevated cholesterol/triglyceride levels. Also notify your doctor if you are 65 years or older, have a history of liver disease (including hepatitis B or C), have hemophilia, or have known allergies to sulfonamide (sulfa) medications.
