Wise (formerly TransferWise) is one of the most popular and cost-effective ways to send money internationally. If you have placed an order on IndogenMed and selected Bank Transfer as your payment method, this guide walks you through exactly how to complete your payment using Wise — with two options depending on what your country supports.

Before You Start: Check Your Order Confirmation
After placing your order, IndogenMed sends you an order confirmation email with your Order ID (for example, #139XXX). You must include this as the payment reference so our team can match your transfer to your order. You do not need to send a screenshot of your transfer.
Two Ways to Pay via Wise
Wise gives you two methods when sending money to India. We recommend Option A (UPI) because it is usually faster and avoids the need to enter a bank IFSC code.
Option A: Pay to Our UPI ID (Fastest — Recommended)
Wise supports UPI (Unified Payments Interface) transfers to India in many countries. UPI transfers typically arrive within minutes and require no IFSC or SWIFT code.
Step 1: Create or Log In to Your Wise Account
Go to wise.com and sign up for a free account (or log in if you already have one). Wise is available in over 80 countries. You will need to verify your identity the first time — this usually takes a few minutes with a passport or driving licence.
Step 2: Click “Send Money”
Once logged in, click the Send button on the dashboard. You will see a calculator where you enter the amount to send.

Step 3: Enter Your Order Amount
Enter the exact amount shown on your IndogenMed order confirmation. If your order is in EUR, GBP, USD, CAD, or AUD, you can enter that amount directly and Wise will convert it to INR at the mid-market rate. Wise shows you the exact fees and the amount we will receive before you confirm.
Step 4: Choose India as the Destination Country
Select India (INR) as the destination. On the next screen, Wise will ask how you want to deliver the money. Look for the UPI option.
Step 5: Select “UPI” as the Delivery Method
When Wise gives you delivery options, choose UPI. You will then be asked to enter the recipient’s UPI ID.
| UPI ID | 9560209793@hdfc |
| Recipient Name | INDOGENMED |
| Payment Reference | Your Order ID (e.g. #139XXX) |
Enter the UPI ID exactly as shown: 9560209793@hdfc. Double-check there are no spaces before or after. Add your Order ID in the payment reference or note field.
Step 6: Review and Confirm
Wise shows you a full summary: the amount you are sending, the fees, the exchange rate, and the estimated delivery time. Once you are happy, confirm the transfer and complete the payment using your bank card or local bank account through Wise.
Step 7: We Receive Your Payment
UPI transfers via Wise typically arrive within a few minutes to a few hours. Once we receive the funds, our team will update your order status to Processing and you will receive a confirmation email. You do not need to contact us separately.
Option B: Pay to Our Bank Account
If UPI is not available in your country on Wise, or if you prefer a bank deposit, use the bank account details below. Wise makes Indian bank transfers very straightforward — you only need the account number and IFSC code. No SWIFT code is needed when using Wise.
Steps 1–3: Same as above
Create/log into Wise, click Send, enter your order amount with India (INR) as the destination.
Step 4: Choose “Bank Account” as the Delivery Method
When prompted for delivery method, select Bank account. Wise will ask for the recipient’s bank details.
Step 5: Enter Our Bank Details
| Account Name | INDOGENMED |
| Bank | HDFC Bank, Didwana |
| Account Number | 50200074662583 |
| IFSC Code | HDFC0009356 |
| Payment Reference | Your Order ID (e.g. #139XXX) |
Important: Enter your Order ID in the reference/note field. Wise will ask for the IFSC code — enter HDFC0009356. You do not need a SWIFT/BIC code when using Wise for India.
Step 6: Review, Confirm and Pay
Review the transfer summary and complete the payment. Bank account transfers via Wise typically take 1–2 business days to arrive in India, though they are often faster.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is Wise safe to use?
Yes. Wise is regulated in each country it operates in (for example, by the FCA in the UK and FinCEN in the US), and is used by over 16 million people globally. Your funds are held in ring-fenced accounts.
Will my order total change due to exchange rates?
If your IndogenMed order is already priced in your local currency (EUR, GBP, etc.), you just send the exact amount shown on your order. If your order is in USD and you are sending EUR, Wise will convert it — the rate is shown clearly before you confirm. Always send the full order total so we can match it to your order.
Do I need to tell IndogenMed after I pay?
No — as long as you include your Order ID as the payment reference, our team will match it automatically. If UPI is used, it usually arrives within minutes. For bank transfers, please allow 1–2 business days. If you do not receive a status update within 3 business days, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your Order ID and transfer receipt.
What if Wise does not offer UPI in my country?
Use Option B (bank account) instead, or try Remitly, which also supports UPI to India from many countries. Availability of UPI via Wise depends on the country you are sending from — always check the latest options in the Wise app or website.
