Indogenmed Return and Refund Policy

Pre-Shipment Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled and refunded if not yet shipped. A minimal cancellation fee may apply if medicines have already been sourced.

Post-Shipment Policy

No refunds or cancellations once the package has reached the customer's country. Replacements may be offered at our discretion in certain cases.

Incorrect Items

If wrong items are delivered, we will send a replacement.

Time Limit for Claims

Issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery. For non-delivery, claims must be made within 60 days from the order date.

Customs and Import Duties

Customers are responsible for all import customs clearance, VAT, and other fees in their country. We handle export customs (Indian customs) only. Failure to pay required fees or provide documentation may result in package destruction or return at the customer's expense.

Prescription Requirement

A valid prescription is required for all medicine orders.

No Warranty

We do not offer any additional warranty on products sold.

Customer Responsibilities

As the importer of goods into your country, you are responsible for all necessary steps to take delivery. Any loss or costs due to failure to comply with import requirements will be borne by the customer.

Finality of Sales

All sales are final. Please purchase carefully. Completing payment at checkout constitutes a sale.

No Refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Delivery delays
  • Changes in personal circumstances
  • Product no longer meeting your needs
  • Failure to take delivery for any reason
  • Selection of wrong product or quantity
  • Provision of inaccurate or incomplete ordering information
  • Customer ordering errors

Resolution of Order Errors

If Indogenmed makes an error, we will work towards a satisfactory resolution. Remedies may include re-sending goods, store credit, or in rare cases, a refund at our discretion.

Returns Due to Postal Issues

If a package is returned by the postal network, we may offer partial store credit as a courtesy. This requires documentation proving non-delivery and unopened condition. A $10 USD restocking fee applies to any store credit issued. Delivery costs are never credited on returns.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Claims for packages lost or damaged in transit must be settled between the customer and the delivery company. Indogenmed is not responsible for such losses or damages.

Store Credit

Any credit issued will be in the form of store credit for future orders. By placing an order with Indogenmed, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Return and Refund Policy. We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. While we aim to be fair in all dealings, all decisions regarding replacements, refunds, or credits are at the sole discretion of Indogenmed.
