It is primarily indicated for the treatment of relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis (MS) in adults. This includes clinically isolated syndrome, relapsing-remitting MS, and active secondary progressive MS. The typical starting dose is 7mg once daily, which may be increased to 14mg once daily based on clinical response and tolerability.
