Ramiven 100 Mg Tablet

Description

Ramiven 100 mg contains abemaciclib 100 mg, made by Eli Lilly and Company. Abemaciclib is a CDK4/6 inhibitor: it blocks two proteins that help breast cancer cells divide.

It is used with hormone (endocrine) therapy for hormone receptor-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer, both advanced or metastatic disease and node-positive early breast cancer at high risk of coming back.

It is a prescription-only medicine. The dose is set by the treating oncologist and may be reduced if side effects occur. Common side effects include diarrhoea, low white blood cell counts, nausea, tiredness and abdominal pain; blood counts and liver tests are checked during treatment. Take it exactly as prescribed and tell your doctor about all other medicines you use.

Store at room temperature, away from moisture and heat, and out of reach of children.
