It is also used in certain types of advanced soft-tissue sarcoma, a cancer that develops in supportive tissues such as muscles, fat, or blood vessels.

This medicine works by blocking specific proteins responsible for tumor growth and the formation of new blood vessels that supply cancer cells. By cutting off this blood supply, it helps slow down or stop the growth and spread of cancer.

By inhibiting these signals, the medicine restricts tumor nourishment, helping to shrink cancer cells and prevent further multiplication.

Before Taking Pazonat 400 mg

Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to pazopanib or any of its ingredients.

Inform your doctor before starting treatment if you have:

• Liver, kidney, heart, or lung disorders
• High blood pressure
• Bleeding problems
• Thyroid disorders
• Stomach or bowel conditions
