Side effects of Sulfamethoxazole and Trimethoprim 

Common side effects of co-trimoxazole include nausea, vomiting, rash, and potential hypersensitivity reactions. More serious side effects may involve blood disorders such as thrombocytopenia and agranulocytosis.
